First Hanna (Ashley Benson) was run over by a car, then Spencer(Troian Bellisario) was attacked in a church. Now, according to Pretty Little Liarsshowrunner Marlene King, Emily (Shay Mitchell) is the next girl to get hurt, as King hinted in a new interview that Emily will have a rough road ahead thanks to “A.”
Apparently “A” will help Emily so she won’t have to move to Texas, however “A” won’t stay a frenemy for long. Emily will tell her mom a huge lie and "'A' is going to find out about that lie and make E's life very miserable because of it.” Uh oh, poor Emily — and she won’t even be allowed to talk to her BFFs!
King continued, “’A’ decides Emily might be the weakest link in this group and she's going to go after her — kind of in the way she went after Hanna, and was vicious toward Hanna. Emily really becomes her new target.” With “A” out to get her, maybe Em would be better off in Texas…
