Hundreds of Justin Bieber’s fans were waiting for him outside of Macy’s and a plainclothes cop thought his safety was at risk so he jumped the barricade and tackled the singer! Check out the fan videos of what went down!
Talk about a scary misunderstanding! Justin Bieber stepped outside of Macy’s Herald Square in NYC to sign autographs for fans who didn’t make it inside the store for his “Someday” cologne launch. Once outside he was seemingly attacked by a man who turned out to be an undercover cop. However, in the commotion nobody could tell what was going on and Justin’s security instantly detained the man. Justin’s fans look so worried about him and everything was complete chaos!
The policeman thought Justin’s safety was in jeopardy, and in fear that he would get trampled by his fans the plainclothes policeman jumped over a barricade.
TMZ sources say Justin’s security team messed up by bringing Justin outside, deviating from a “carefully planned route”. The undercover cop identified himself, according to TMZ, but the security guard wouldn’t listen so he was cited for disorderly conduct. Now everything has reportedly been settled peacefully between Justin’s security details and the NYPD.
It’s still scary to watch fan videos of the incident. Although some are very shaky and it is hard to see exactly what happened, you can tell Justin’s fans went from complete excitement at seeing him to total concern and fear over his safety!

HollywoodLife.com caught up with Selena Gomez at the premiere of her film, ‘Monte Carlo,’ in NYC June 23 and she said she’d never want to trade lives with anyone!
With a climbing career on the screen AND in music, plus the hottest boyfriend in the world, Justin Bieber, it’s no wonder Selena Gomez is happy! At the NYC premiere of Monte Carlo June 23,HollywoodLife.com asked the 18-year-old starlet who’d she trade lives with if given the opportunity (like her character in the film) — and her answer didn’t surprise us in the least.
“I wouldn’t want to be anybody else,” she said, beaming ear to ear.
We have to give props to Selena for thinking so quickly on her feet — and being witty. Those of you Selena Gomez-diehards know that line is actually the first set of lyrics in her single, “Who Says.”
Plus, it’s awesome knowing Selena is practicing what she preaches. That said, if we were her, we wouldn’t want to trade lives with anyone either — she’s got a supportive and adorable boyfriend inJustin Bieber, a blossoming music career with her band, Selena Gomez & the Scene, constant jobs as an actress and a huge fan base…what’s not to love about that?
