"I think that Penn [Badgley] and Chace [Crawford] work really well off each other and it's a fun dynamic to have on our show," she said.
"There's a lot of mean girls and power plays and it's nice to have this place to go where it's a lot more of that buddy energy: two guys that are just trying to figure out how to survive in this world. That's a really fun dynamic for the actors to play and it's fun for the audience."
