Well, are Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez dating or aren't they? Ryan Seacrest is the latest brave soul to try to get to the bottom of the mystery, confronting Nick during a radio interview today on KISS-FM.
Here's how the Q&A went down [with our own commentary in brackets].
RYAN: Point blank, are you dating Selena Gomez?
NICK [robotically]: Well, she’s an amazing girl, and anybody would be lucky to be dating her.
RYAN: Well, are you?
NICK [still like a robot]: Like I said, anybody would be lucky to be dating her.
RYAN [determined]: At some point, you can’t sidestep it. And I think that people would embrace it.
NICK [feeling uncomfortable]: I think she’s a part of our music video and that’s why all the rumors started. Yeah, she’s a cool girl.
[Seconds of awkward silence]
RYAN: I’m just going to wait for him to say “yes.”
NICK [casually]: It’s cool.
NICK [robotically]: Well, she’s an amazing girl, and anybody would be lucky to be dating her.
RYAN: Well, are you?

Justin Bieber Working On New Album for Late 2011 Release
While he gallivants around the world wrapping up his international concert tour, Justin Bieberrevealed to his fans Wednesday that he has been writing new music while on the road and plans to release a new album in late 2011.
In a tweet and Facebook post, Justin said he’s “excited” to record new music this Summer after he wraps the tour on May 10 in the Philippines.
As we learned in October of last year, R&B crooner Ne-Yo is lending a hand in writing Justin’s new album, telling Billboard.biz he wants to emphasize the 16-year-old’s more mature side.
“I think he has the kind of talent that will carry. He just needs tangible records, the kind of records that will grow with him and allow his fans to grow with him,” Ne-Yo said. “That’s why they came to me and that’s what I gave them… [The songs] are not so grown where it’s like, ‘He doesn’t know anything about that stuff,’ but it’s not bubblegum kiddie stuff, either.”
Justin is currently in Australia, prepping to perform in Sydney tomorrow night.

Fans of the CW’s “Vampire Diaries” are rejoicing today for both its return tonight and news that later this season fans will be introduced to a new mesmerizing character with a familiar face. Season 5 “American Idol” contestant Lisa Tucker has signed on for at least five episodes, and will portray a witch.
“The entire cast was more then welcoming,” said the 21-year-old singer. “I’ve become great friends with Sara Channing who plays Jenna.”
Lisa was a mere 16-years-old when she auditioned for “American Idol” singing Whitney Houston’s “One Moment In Time” and eventually breaking through into the Top 10.

“Twilight” author Stephenie Meyer has revealed that she is debating on whether or not to write a “Twilight” spin-off novel that would feature the characters Jacob Black and Renesmee Cullen. With another book would most likely come another movie, which means another lead role for Taylor Lautner, since he plays the “Twilight” character Jacob in the current franchise.
When Taylor was confronted about the possibility of being in another “Twilight” film, this is how he responded:

Actress Tiffany Thornton spoke to People Magazine about her “Sonny With A Chance” co-star Demi Lovato leaving the show. Here’s what Tiffany revealed:
