As if you needed further proof that Blake Lively(Serena) is a superstar, there’s this: Varietyreports that the Gossip Girl bombshell is on the short list of actresses to star in director Oliver Stone’s Savages.
The film is about a couple of California pot dealers (to be played by Aaron Johnson and Taylor Kitsch) who get into hot water with a Mexican drug lord. Lively, if cast, would play their “friend,” who gets kidnapped when things get a bit too heavy.
Sounds juicy! After her performance in the crime drama The Town, we think Blake can hold her own in this drug caper. And having her co-star alongside smokin’ Taylor (Friday Night Lights; X-Men Origins: Wolverine) is borderline hotness overload. Let’s hope this deal gets signed!
