The Vampire Diaries Cast Sing, Dance, and Speculate on Season 3 at the Mystic Love Convention in Nimes, France

Over the weekend, some of our fave Vampire Diaries stars hightailed it across the pond to hang out in Nimes, France for the Mystic Love Convention. We’ve rounded up some of the weekend’s best video clips, where the stars not only answer some burning questions, but also sing and dance. Talk about a multi-talented troop!
When Candice Accola (Caroline) and Michael Trevino (Tyler) took the stage, Candice once again rolled out her musical chops and performed “Eternal Flame” by the Bangles, the same song she belted out on TVD. The blonde cutie also gave in to fan demands and sang “Let it Shine.”
Speaking of eternal flames and whatnot, while on stage with Ian Somerhalder (Damon) Michael dished that he doesn’t think Tyler’s romance with Caroline will heat up come Fall. He truly believes they’re gonna stay platonic pals. Not convinced? Neither was Ian. And neither were we.
Of course, no cast convention would be complete without an appearance from TVD’s cutest (and, um, only) real-life couple, Ian Somerhalder andNina Dobrev (Elena). The pair revealed the one thing they’d change about their respective characters. Nina’s answer? Elena should be funnier. We have to agree — somebody needs to slip that girl a chill pill! Then again, we probably wouldn’t be Mary Sunshine either if the baddest vamp ever was out to destroy us.

Since Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev so obviously adore each other, they clasp hands over the microphone and Nina tells Ian he’s too pretty to the Beast to her Beauty. Nina, Ian, Michael Trevino, Candice Accola, and Malese Jow were in Nimes, France over the July 4 weekend at the Mystic Love Convention. Pouty-faced Ian is pretty adorable.

During the Q&A panel at the Mystic Love Convention in Nimes, France this past week, cute-as-a-button Candice Accola answered TVD fan questions with hunky Michael Trevino at her side. She then sang a little number on stage while Nina Dobrev and Malese Jow clapped along. Check out the highlights here!
