“I believe that all women can create their own world where they shine the brightest,” the 29-year-old pop princess said in a statement (via People).

“It’s all about having the power and confidence to be yourself. When I wear my new scent, Cosmic Radiance, I feel beautiful, empowered and sexy,” she added.

The fragrance, which has a touch of citrus with notes of amber, sandalwood, and liquid vanilla, starts at $39.50 and will be available at select retailers and Kohl’s stores nationwide.
