Someone's been drinking a little too much tiger blood...

Justin Bieber told  Time Magazine (via NYP) that he thinksCharlie Sheen is the most influential person in the world!

"Got to be Charlie Sheen. He's got a million followers in one day on Twitter. And . . . I've never seen that happen before. Plus, he's got tiger blood, and he's always winning," the Biebz said.

Charlie Sheen might be funny... but influential?  We don't know about you guys, but we won't be taking his advice any time soon!
